§ 110.40 SEIZURE OF DEVICES.
   (A)   Any duly authorized employee of the Lake County Sheriff may, without a search warrant, seize any coin-in-the-slot operated amusement device which is being displayed in his or her presence in a manner that violates any provision of this act.
   (B)   The amusement device so seized shall be subject to confiscation and forfeiture as hereinafter provided.
