In addition to the fines established by § 95.99, violation of any of the provisions or requirements of this chapter by a person who owns, manages, operates, or otherwise controls a public place or place of employment is hereby declared a public nuisance and the county may, in addition to or in lieu of any other remedies set forth in this chapter, commence an action to enjoin or abate the nuisance in any manner provided by law.
