Violations of this chapter shall be enforced within unincorporated Lake County by the Lake County Sheriff or their designees(s), or by the Executive Director of the Lake County Health Department or their designee(s). The enforcement of violations may proceed either through a notice to appear before the 19th Judicial Circuit Court or through administrative adjudication pursuant to the Lake County Administrative Adjudication Ordinance.
