Each person, whether compensated or non-compensated, who is appointed to serve in any capacity with the Lake County Emergency Management Agency, shall, before entering upon his or her duties, take an oath, in writing, before the Manager of the Lake County Emergency Management Agency or before a person authorized to take oaths in this county, which oath shall be filed with the Manager of the Lake County Emergency Management Agency, and which oath shall be as delineated in 20 ILCS 3305/20.
