The adoption by the county of a system of administrative adjudication does not preclude the county from using other methods to enforce the Lake County ordinances identified in § 94.52, as they may be amended, including, but not limited to, relief in the Circuit Court for the 19th Judicial Circuit, Lake County, Illinois.
