In the event of the death, absence from the county or other disability of the Chair preventing him or her from acting under this chapter or for any other county purpose, and until the office is filled in the manner prescribed by law, the following county officials shall succeed to the duties and responsibilities of the Chair outlined in §§ 32.05, 32.06 and 32.07:
(A) Vice-Chair of the County Board; and
(B) Chair of Financial and Administrative Committee.
