§ 94.32 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the operation of a camp site in the county without a certificate of registration from the Lake County Board of Health.

(B) Application of registration shall be made to the Lake County Board of Health on forms supplied by the Board.
