For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOARD OF HEALTH. The Lake County Board of Health or its authorized representative.
CAMP. An organized assemblage in an outdoor setting of children and adults for recreational or educational purposes for a period of time to be not less than four hours, but shall not include social gatherings such as picnics.
CAMP SITE. The land area, buildings, and appurtenances serving the camp.
CAMPER. Any person attending a camp.
PERSON. Any institution, corporation, individual, partnership, or other entity.
