In carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the Chair and the Manager of the Lake County Emergency Management Agency are directed to utilize the services, equipment, supplies, and facilities of existing departments, offices, and agencies of the county to the maximum extent practicable, and the officers and personnel of all the departments, offices, and agencies are directed, upon request, to cooperate with and extend the services and facilities to the Manager and the Lake County Emergency Management Agency.
