(A) There shall be at least semi-annual meetings of the ETSB, to be conducted during the months of April and October, respectively, in each calendar year.
(B) An organizational meeting of the ETSB shall be conducted as soon as practicable after its appointment.
(C) Regular and special meetings of the ETSB shall be held as may be provided in its bylaws and rules.
(D) The ETSB and each of its subcommittees, tasks forces, or working groups shall conduct their meetings in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act, to the extent the Act applies.
