§ 31.080 ESTABLISHMENT OF EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SYSTEM BOARD.
   The Emergency Telephone System Board (hereinafter referred to as the “ETSB”) for the Lake County 9-1-1 Service Area, as hereinafter defined, is hereby established.
