§ 73.057 SIRENS AND FLASHING LIGHTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to use a motorboat equipped with a siren or to use any red or blue flashing light except upon duly designated patrol boats, and the siren or flashing lights used in violation of this section shall be considered a public nuisance, subject to confiscation and disposal as determined by a competent court of jurisdiction.
