§ 73.031 IDENTIFICATION NUMBER APPLICATION.
   The owner of each motorboat or sailboat over 12 feet in length requiring numbering by this county shall file an application for numbers with the Illinois Department of Conservation on forms approved by it. The application shall be signed by the owner of the motorboat or sailboat, and shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee as provided for in 625 ILCS 45/3-2.
