(A) The County Board does hereby authorize and approve the change of name of its Lake County Stormwater Management Planning Committee from the Lake County Stormwater Management Planning Committee to the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission.
(B) Any and all resolutions or ordinances affecting or applying to the Lake County Stormwater Management Planning Committee of and for the county, hereinafter known as the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission, shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission.
