§ 73.001 TITLE AND DECLARATION OF INTENT.
   This chapter shall be known as the “Motorboat Equipment and Operation of Motorboats Ordinance” or “this chapter”. It is the policy of this county to promote the safety and public health for persons and property in and connected with the use, operation, and equipment of motorboats. This chapter shall apply to all waters within the jurisdiction of this county.
