§ 31.036 LEGAL COUNSEL.

Legal counsel for the SMC shall be appointed by the Lake County State’s Attorney. It is recommended that the legal counsel be an attorney employed in the practice of law in the county. The SMC shall pay all appropriate costs in this regard.
