The County Board, by separate resolution, upon the recommendation of the Public Works and Transportation Committee, may assess from time to time appropriate fees to offset the administrative costs of the County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program. The fees may be structured and separately payable for initial applications and final agreements. All fees shall be non-refundable.
