§ 72.46 DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION FIELD REVIEW.
   (A)   The Illinois Snowmobile Act allows use of public road rights-of-way by snowmobiles, without signing, in accordance with the standards and requirements of the Act. The field review by the Division of Transportation is to result in identification of snowmobile signing, if any, to be placed by the Division of Transportation to accommodate the request of an association for Snowmobile Signing Accommodation on a connecting section and cross-connection, if they are ultimately approved.
   (B)   The Division of Transportation shall base the signing on any policy considerations as it may determine in accordance with the IMUTCD.
   (C)   The county, acting by and through its Division of Transportation, makes no representation by the review that the right-of-way is safe for entry or use by snowmobiles.
