The County Engineer, or designees, shall have the sole authority to determine if applications received for participation in the Lake County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program are complete. Only completed applications shall be further processed. Incomplete applications shall be returned but may be resubmitted if completed. Failure to submit the appropriate fee is to be considered an incomplete application.
