§ 31.033 STAFF.
   (A)   The SMC may hire, appraise, and dismiss personnel necessary to implement the Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan (“Plan”).
   (B)   The SMC shall promulgate appropriate personnel management rules and regulations for governance of SMC staff.
   (C)   All employees hired by the SMC shall be considered employees of the county for purposes of payroll, benefits, and related insurances. (Note: The SMC shall be responsible for purchase of appropriate property and casualty insurance coverages, see § 31.036.) The SMC shall pay appropriate costs in this regard as billed by the county.
