§ 72.15 AUTHORITY.
   (A)   This subchapter sets forth the administrative provisions for this chapter.
   (B)   This chapter is enacted pursuant to state law authorizing the county and the County Engineer to exercise jurisdiction over county highways and pursuant to the provisions for local regulation set forth in the Illinois Snowmobile Act.
