(A) Title. This chapter shall be known as the “Lake County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Ordinance” or “this chapter”, and the program it establishes may be referred to as the “County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program”.
(B) Purpose. This chapter establishes a program that allows associations to place uniform snowmobile signs along portions of county highways to mark and connect their snowmobile trails. The following sections and subchapters set forth the uniform guidelines and requirements for the administration of the County Snowmobile Signing Accommodation Program.
