§ 71.05 PARKING REGULATIONS DURING STREET CLEANING AND OILING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on any state highway, county highway, or township highway, at any time when such street is being cleaned or oiled. Signs indicating that a street or portion thereof is being cleaned or oiled shall be posted immediately before the cleaning or oiling of the street, and shall be removed after the cleaning or oiling of the street is finished or the oil has penetrated.
