(A) The County Board hereby establishes the Lake County Stormwater Management Planning Commission (now known as the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission; see § 31.038).
(B) The principal duties of the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission are to develop a stormwater management plan for presentation to and approval by the County Board; to direct the plan’s implementation and revisions; and to undertake any other duties as authorized in H.B. 998.
(C) The Lake County Stormwater Management Commission shall make periodic reports to the County Board and to the Lake County Municipal League.
