§ 70.31 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COUNTY. Lake County, State of Illinois.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Every vehicle, which is self-propelled, excluding a seaplane on the water.
   OPERATE. To ride in or on, other than as a passenger, use or control the operation of a motor vehicle in any manner, whether or not the motor vehicle is under way.
   WATERS OF THE COUNTY. Any water within the jurisdiction of Lake County, State of Illinois.
