§ 70.30 TITLE AND DECLARATION OF INTENT.
   This subchapter shall be known as the “Operation of Motor Vehicles on Frozen Waters Ordinance”. It is the policy of this county to promote safety for persons and property in and connected with the use and operation of all motor vehicles on the frozen waters of the county. This subchapter shall apply to all water within the jurisdiction of this county.
