(A) Said Special Movement Permit Fee Schedule For Oversize and Overweight Movements on the County Highway System is hereby amended and shall be effective upon this approval of the County Board on December 1, 2007.
(B) Any and all permit fees received in accordance with said Special Movement Permit Fee Schedule For Oversize and Overweight Movements on the County Highway System be deposited in the County Highway Tax Fund.
(C) The effective date of this section is December 1, 1989.
(D) The following Fee Schedule is based, in part, on the cost of processing Special Movement Permits, compensation in part for the extra wear and tear on the County Highway System due to overweight movements, compensation in part for the special privilege of oversize movements, and compensation in part for the inconvenience to the general public occasioned by oversize and overweight movements on the County Highway System.
(E) All Special Movement Permits Fees collected shall be deposited in the County Highway Tax Fund.
(F) All fees are non-refundable.
(1) Limited continuous operation permits.
