Actions detrimental to the public's health and/or safety. It is a public nuisance for a person to create conditions, or to allow conditions to remain that the Health Officer determines are detrimental or potentially detrimental to the health and/or safety of the inhabitants of Lake County, Illinois, including, but not limited to, failing to maintain proper sanitation in public areas such as restrooms, showers, or recreation/exercise areas or facilities, or failure to correct conditions that support the presence of mold in a rental property.
