§ 30.58 HUMAN RESOURCES.
   (A)   A Lake County Human Resources Department be and is hereby created to provide a personnel service for the county.
   (B)   A Director of Human Resources shall be appointed, in accordance with the Rules of Order pertaining to appointments of county department heads.
