§ 30.57 DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING, BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT.
   The Department of Planning, Building and Development is hereby established. Within the Department, the Director of the Planning, Building and Development Department shall be the administrative officer of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
