§ 173.31 EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS; SANITARY FACILITIES AND CONTROLS.
   (A)   Equipment and utensils construction and maintenance. Equipment and utensils shall be constructed and maintained as specified in the rules and regulations referenced in this subchapter.
   (B)   Equipment location. Vending machines, ovens, and other equipment shall be located as specified in the rules and regulations referenced in this subchapter.
   (C)   Water supply.
      (1)   All water used in vending machines shall be of a safe and sanitary quality and from a source constructed and operated according to law. Water used as a food ingredient shall be piped to the vending machine under pressure.
      (2)   All plumbing, plumbing connections and plumbing fittings shall be installed and maintained according to law.
   (D)   Waste disposal. All trash and other solid or liquid waste shall be removed from the machine location as specified in the rules and regulations referenced in this subchapter.
