§ 173.10 EDUCATION, GENERALLY.
   (A)   Certified Manager. Every Category 1 and Category 2 food service facility shall be under the operational supervision of a certified food protection manager as specified in the rules and regulations referenced in this subchapter.
   (B)   Facility staff education. The Health Officer shall provide education and training for food service facility staff in accordance with the Lake County Health Department Food Program Administrative Procedures and Policies, approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health, April 17, 1995, and as amended from time to time by the Lake County Board of Health.
   (C)   Contact hours. The Lake County Health Department staff shall obtain a minimum of five contact hours in food protection training, or such other standard as set forth in the Illinois Department of Public Health Local Health Protection Grant Code.
