The County Administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the County Board, provided that he or she may not be removed except after at least ten days’ and not more than 30 days’ written notice, and, if he or she requests in writing, not until after a public hearing at a regular meeting of the County Board, in accordance with procedures as are prescribed by the Board.
