§ 30.35 POSITION CREATED.

There is herewith created, under the Classification and Compensation Ordinances of the county, the position which shall be known and designated as “County Administrator”. This County Administrator shall be appointed by the Chair of the County Board with the approval of the County Board, in accordance with the County Board Rules.
