It is the finding and the determination of this County Board that each of the above named districts are in compliance with the requirements set forth in the Counties Code, which finding and determination is outlined in the apportionment plan. A copy of the apportionment plan shall be filed with the Lake County Clerk. The Lake County Clerk is hereby requested to forward a certified copy of the apportionment plan to the Chair of the County Board and to make certified copies of the apportionment plan available for distribution free of charge to any registered voter of the county requesting a copy as is required by the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/2-3005).
