§ 37.130 PURPOSE.
   Pursuant to 55 ILCS 82/25, Neutral Site Custody Exchange Funding Act - Rules, the following rules shall govern the operation and standards to be adhered to by a qualified not-for-profit organization in order to qualify for a grant from the Neutral Site Custody Exchange Fund.
