The Board of Health is authorized to:
(A) Accept gifts and bequests for the purpose of administering the home health service program and to expend the income therefor, for the maintenance of home health services; and
(B) Deposit all gifts and bequests received which are not otherwise invested, the income from these gifts and bequests which are invested, and all fees collected, in the Lake County Health Fund to the credit of the home health service.
