Designated public areas of buildings and grounds under the jurisdiction of the County Board can occasionally be made available for expressive activities as defined herein. The purpose of these regulations is to create rules and procedures to be followed in permitting the occasional use of public buildings and grounds for these and other activities authorized by this subchapter.
