The County Engineer is authorized to have developed a video for the safety training of group coordinators for approved sections and to distribute copies to them. This shall fulfill the county’s and County Engineer’s responsibilities under § 40 of the Illinois Adopt-A-Highway Act, as amended (605 ILCS 120/40). The group coordinator shall sign a receipt for having received a copy of the video and a statement that the group members participating will view the video prior to beginning litter collection activities.
