§ 30.02 TERMS OF OFFICE AFTER REAPPORTIONMENT.
   (A)   The County Board Districts shall be divided publicly by lot into three groups as equally as possible. To wit, one group shall contain seven Districts; a second group shall contain six Districts; and a third group shall contain six Districts.
   (B)   (1)   Each County Board District shall be identified by its number. Balls, inscribed with the number of each County Board District, shall be placed in an opaque container. The container holding all of the 19 balls shall be thoroughly mixed by the Chief Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit. The Chief Judge shall randomly draw out each ball from the container, one at a time.
      (2)   The group of Districts corresponding to the first seven balls drawn shall be those Districts whose members shall be elected for successive terms of two years, four years, and four years. The second group of Districts corresponding to the next six balls drawn shall be those Districts whose members shall be elected for successive terms of four years, two years, and four years. The third group of Districts corresponding to the last six balls drawn shall be those Districts whose members shall be elected for successive terms of four years, four years, and two years.
   (C)   All County Board member terms established by the process cited in subsections (A) and (B) above shall commence on December 5, 2022.
