§ 30.01 ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS.
   (A)   County Board members shall be elected as set by state statute as found in the Illinois Election Code (10 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.).
   (B)   The primary election for the purpose of nomination of candidates for County Board members shall be as set by state statute as found in the Illinois Election Code (10 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.).
