For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOARD OF HEALTH. The Lake County Board of Health.
HEALTH OFFICER. The Executive Director of the Lake County Health Department. The HEALTH OFFICER shall perform the function of secretary to and for the Hearings Committee.
HEARINGS COMMITTEE. A committee composed of three Lake County Board of Health members, duly appointed by the President of the Lake County Board of Health, to conduct and decide hearings as may arise under § 176.17.
PERSON. Any person, firm, club, corporation, association, partnership, company, organization, or political subdivision.
