The Health Department of Lake County, Illinois, may issue certificates or decals indicating that a boat is in compliance with § 175.01(A), and such certificate or decal shall be affixed on the windshield of the boat for which issued. If such boat has no windshield, then the certificate or decal shall be affixed to any other part of such boat as directed by the person or officer issuing same.
