§ 171.239 HEARINGS AND RIGHT TO APPEAL.
   (A)   Hearing request. A person whose approval for an onsite wastewater treatment system is revoked may request a hearing, provided that the request is received in writing within ten days from receipt of the notice of revocation.
   (B)   Scheduled hearing. The Health Officer shall conduct a hearing in accordance with §§ 176.15 through 176.17.
