(A) Backfill material. Soil material used in backfilling components of an onsite wastewater treatment system shall be free of rocks, clods, frozen clods, and extraneous materials.
(B) Topsoil cover material. Topsoil used to cover any component of an onsite wastewater treatment system shall be considered good quality topsoil of the texture loam, sandy loam, silt loam or light silty clay loam, and shall be free of rocks, clods, frozen clods, and extraneous materials.
