§ 10.18 PROCEDURE FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
   (A)   Responsibility for maintenance of the Lake County Code of Ordinances is placed within the Lake County Board Office. Books will not be given to the individual Board members but be kept in the Lake County Board Office. The Office of the Lake County Clerk, Office of the Lake County Administrator, and the Lake County State’s Attorney will also receive books.
   (B)   The procedure for the maintenance of the books will be as follows. Revisions will be typed by a secretary in the Lake County Board Office and copies made for each book. These copies will also be sent to the Office of the Lake County Clerk, Office of the Lake County Administrator, and the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office with instructions to insert the revisions in the proper ordinance.
