(A) Scope. Unless otherwise expressly stated, or defined in materials adopted by reference in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings indicated in this section. Where terms are defined in both materials adopted by reference in this chapter as well as in this section, the definition in this section shall apply in the enforcement of this chapter.
(B) Terms not defined. Where terms are not defined through the methods authorized by this section, such terms shall have ordinarily accepted meanings such as the context implies.
