§ 35.50 ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND.
   The Lake County Clerk is hereby appointed custodian of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund for the county, with full power and authority to receive the same, to keep the proper records thereof, and to make the necessary returns and disbursements thereof as provided by law.
