Within 15 days after passage and adoption of this subchapter or any subsequent amendments thereto, the Lake County Treasurer shall proceed to administer and enforce the provisions of 55 ILCS 5/5-1030 or this subchapter, as amended, on behalf of the county as of the effective date cited in § 34.42, or as cited in subsequent amendatory documentation.
