8-2-2-12: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter in any particular, wherein no penalty has been hereinbefore prescribed, shall be liable to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than the maximum provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense.
